Shipping policy

All orders are 3D‑printed and prepared by hand. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be made before shipping. Larger orders may require additional time.

Shipping Times Once shipped, delivery times are:

  • Australia: 2–8 business days

  • New Zealand: 5–12 business days

  • USA / UK / International: 7–21 business days

(Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons.)

Shipping Rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping promotions may apply when available.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If your order is lost or hasn’t moved for 14+ days, reach out to us and we’ll help resolve it.

Wrong Address Please double‑check your shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders) Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees charged by their country.
